Not theory — a calendar. The complete 90-day dental clinic marketing plan we run for new engagements: what happens each week, what it costs, and what fills chairs by day 90.
Every dental clinic owner has heard "you should do marketing." This article is the opposite of that sentence: a literal 90-day calendar — what happens each week, in what order, and what it should produce by day 90. It is the plan we run for new dental engagements, published.
One principle governs the sequence: foundations, then trust, then fuel. Ads come last, because ads amplify whatever funnel exists — including a leaking one.
Days 1–30: foundations (the unglamorous month)

- Week 1: own every login. Google profile verified to the clinic, categories fixed (primary "Dental clinic", secondaries per service), every treatment added as a service. (Field-by-field guide.)
- Week 2: the review engine goes live — next-day WhatsApp ask with a one-tap link, front-desk script, 48-hour response rule.
- Week 3: the booking lane: WhatsApp click-to-chat everywhere, five-minute response rule, missed-call auto-text, source logging at the desk.
- Week 4: website floor — mobile speed, tappable phone, five treatment pages started (implants, aligners, root canal, whitening, kids). Baseline your rankings on five priority searches.
Day-30 scorecard: profile complete, first 15–20 new genuine reviews, every inquiry answered and logged, treatment pages live.
Days 31–60: trust (the compounding month)
- Week 5: first batch video shoot — 12 reels across fear-reduction, cost transparency and dentist personality. (The dental social playbook.)
- Week 6: publish rhythm starts: 3 reels a week, one educational carousel, best posts mirrored to the Google profile.
- Week 7: treatment pages finished with honest cost ranges and FAQs; internal links wired; dental SEO schema in place.
- Week 8: first consented patient stories collected (the lawful way); referral ask built into treatment completion.
Day-60 scorecard: 50+ total new reviews, content engine running without the dentist's week, treatment pages beginning to rank, inquiries up from organic alone.
Days 61–90: fuel (the scale month)
- Week 9: Google Ads on high-intent searches ("dental implant [area]", "invisible braces cost") pointed at treatment pages — never the homepage.
- Week 10: Meta campaigns amplifying the best-performing organic reels to a 3–5 km radius.
- Week 11: remarketing to site visitors; WhatsApp click-to-chat ads for the lowest-friction lane.
- Week 12: the 90-day review — cost per attended patient by channel, treatment mix, no-show rate — and next quarter's budget pointed at what won.
What to budget
A solo or two-chair clinic runs this plan at roughly ₹35–60K a month all-in (system + modest ads); an established multi-chair practice at ₹75K–1.2L with real ad fuel. The sizing logic — patient value × target cases — is in our budget math guide. Whatever the number: measured against implant and aligner case values, a working funnel pays for itself with two to three incremental cases a month.
What day 90 should look like
Ranking in the local pack for your area + top treatments, a 4.5★+ profile that earns reviews daily, a content engine patients mention in the chair, ads producing tracked consultations at a known cost — and a dashboard where every rupee traces to a chair. From there it is compounding, not campaigning.
Who does what: the minimum team
- The dentist: 3 hours a month — one batch shoot, review responses that need clinical judgment, WhatsApp approvals.
- Front desk: the review ask, source logging, five-minute WhatsApp replies. The plan lives or dies here, so week one includes their training.
- An editor (in-house or outsourced): cuts reels, schedules posts, mirrors winners to the Google profile.
- Whoever owns the numbers: one person updates the five-number sheet weekly and runs the monthly review.
A solo practitioner can run a leaner version — profile, reviews, WhatsApp and five treatment pages — and still outrank most of the market, because most of the market does none of it consistently.
