Super-specialty hospital · Consulting & training
A 30-year super-specialty hospital whose in-house team needed a system, not a vendor
| The patient math | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Review generation | By chance | Daily, by design |
| Content output | Posting without strategy | Niche positioning + publishing calendar |
| Planning | Reactive, urgent-first | Weekly priorities & accountability loop |
| Digital marketing leadership | No dedicated role | Permanent in-house manager, hired via our network |
| The client's verdict at month six | Hired us as consultants | "Join us full-time" — we declined |
The challenge
What we walked into
A NABH-accredited super-specialty hospital — 25+ specialties, ~30 years of service, 5 lakh+ patients served — with its own in-house marketing team. What it didn't have was a system.
Effort without direction: the team produced work, but with no content strategy, publishing rhythm or definition of "good", output never compounded into a brand. Reviews arrived by chance, not by design — at a hospital seeing thousands of satisfied patients. Work happened reactively, with no weekly plan or accountability loop. And nobody was telling the team where it was going wrong — internal teams rarely audit themselves.
The system
What we installed
A six-month consulting engagement: we didn't post their reels or run their pages — we built the systems, trained their people, and planned their work.
We designed the full review-generation machine — patient-journey touchpoints, request templates, front-desk scripts and staff process — so genuine Google reviews become a daily by-product of good care. We trained their in-house creators on niche positioning, scripting with hooks, formats that earn shares, and a publishing calendar. We installed a weekly planning rhythm: priorities set, work assigned, output reviewed. And we audited what the hospital was doing, showed where it was going wrong, and re-pointed the effort.
It ended with the strongest compliment a client can give: they asked us to join full-time. We declined to keep building our agency — and the digital-marketing manager role we designed was made permanent, filled by a professional from our own network. The systems continue running.
“Join us full-time.”
